1. No Refund Policy for Franchises and Services
All Franchise purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The franchise account has been activated and accessed.
- Training materials and resources have been provided.
- The customer has used or attempted to use franchise benefits, including but not limited to shop links and platform access.
2. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Refund Requests
Refund requests based on claims of deception or misunderstanding will be reviewed against our communication records. A refund will be denied if:
- All details of the Franchise were provided prior to payment.
- The client accessed and engaged with the training or system.
- No formal complaint was made before filing a refund request.
3. Chargeback Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving full access to the Franchise, we will dispute the claim by providing proof of activation and usage. Misuse of chargebacks to obtain unauthorized refunds may result in account suspension or legal action.
4. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- A technical error prevented access to the franchise.
- The customer never received the login credentials despite multiple follow-ups.
5. Acknowledgment
By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. We encourage customers to ask questions before purchasing to ensure full understanding.
