MIXING THE GULAMAN JUICE BY SIOMAI KING
STEP 1: Put 370 grams of gulaman powder to 4.8 liters of water. Stir well to dissolve. Tip it is advisable to dissolve the gulaman powder in a different container first before putting in the acrylic juice dispenser or ony serving container.
STEP 2: Add tube ice in the mixture, depending on the size of your container. Put only 2 kilos of tube ice in the acrylic dispenser and keep the remaining ice in a cooler or freezer.
STEP 3: Stir well. Taste test the mixture and adjust as necessary. NOTE: slice black jelly into small cubes and place it in food keeper.
