NOW TO COOK SIOMAI OF SIOMAI KING
STEP 1: Thaw the frozen siomai for at least 30 minutes. Put water into the steamer base. 3/4 full, and put it on the stove. Turn on the stove. 02
STEP 2: When the water starts boiling, brush the steamer basket with little amount of oil.
STEP 3: Put the thawed dimsum in the steamer basket. Make sure that the siomai is grouped per variant when put in the steamer.
STEP 4: After 6 minutes, check if dimsum are moist and firmly cooked by poking with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out with crumbs in it, the dimsum is not yet cooked but if the toothpick come out clean, the dimsum is already cooked.
TIP: Using the toothpick. Try to Feel the innermost part if the dimsum is already hot
